过程/Procedure:
1.在应用商店中,点击启动 SAP Business One 应用。应用详细信息页面显示如下。
In the Apps store, click SAP Business One app to launch it. The app details page is displayed as below

2.在左上角,有一个包含两个选项的下拉列表:“添加到团队”和“添加到聊天”。
要将此应用添加到现有团队,请选择“添加到团队”。
要将此应用添加到群组聊天,请选择“添加到聊天”。
In the upper left corner, there is a dropdown list with two options: Add to a team and Add to a chat.
To add this app to an existing team, choose Add to a team.
To add this app to a group chat, choose Add to a chat.

3.输入团队或渠道名称,然后点击“设置选项卡”并转到配置页面。
Enter your team or channel name and then click Set up a tab and go to the configuration page.

Web Client URL:
指定 Web Client URL 的根路径。请确保根 URL 仅包含一个服务器地址和一个端口号(如有)。
例如:abc.def.com:8443
Specify the root path of your Web Client URL. Please make sure that the root URL only includes one server address and one port number (if there is). For example, abc.def.com:8443.

嵌入式视图/Embedded View
可以嵌入以下三种类型的视图 You can embed the following three types of views
a.清单视图/List View
如果要嵌入内置清单视图,请从下拉列表中选择视图名称。
If you want to embed a built-in list view, select a view name from the dropdown list.
如果要嵌入用户定义的表/用户定义的对象,则需要手动输入视图名称。视图名称需要以 @ 符号开头。例如,@OUDO 是有效的用户定义的对象名称。
If you want to embed a UDT/UDO, you need to manually type the view name. The view name needs to start with the symbol @. For example, @OUDO is a valid UDO name.

b.详细视图/Detailed View
其与清单视图类似,但需要指定单据键值或业务对象键值。 It is similar to the List view, except that you need to specify a document key or business object key.

c.分析视图/Analytics View
这种类型的视图处于只读模式,用于显示聚合统计信息。从下拉列表中选择视图即可。 、
This type of view is read-only and is used to display aggregation statistics. Simply select a view from the dropdown list.

Microsoft Teams 选项卡名称/Microsoft Teams Tab Name

输入所选视图的选项卡名称。如果将其留空,则默认名称为 My Tab1。 Enter a tab name for the selected view. If you leave it blank, the default name is My Tab1.

假设在此步骤中,选择清单视图,选定视图为“销售订单”,此视图的选项卡名称为 SalesOrder。
Assume in this step that the List View is selected, the selected view is Sales Orders and the tab name for this view is SalesOrder.

配置完成后,选择“保存”以继续。
After the configuration is complete, choose Save to continue.

5.配置后,SalesOrder 选项卡将与 Web Client 登录页面一起显示。输入您的凭据以登录 Web Client。
After the configuration, the SalesOrder tab is displayed along with the Web client login page. Enter your credentials to log in to Web client.

6.Web Client 中将显示“管理销售订单”页面。
The Manage Sales Orders page in Web client is displayed.

7.在 Teams 的右上角,点击聊天图标,随即弹出一个聊天框。您会看到一条消息,通知您已添加 SalesOrder 选项卡。您可以提及(“@”)组织中的成员,协作处理业务任务。
In the upper right corner in Teams, click the chat icon and a chat box pops up. You can see a message informing you that the SalesOrder tab is added. You can mention (“@”) a member in your organization and collaborate on your business tasks.
